Brand new poster of "Shintoku-Maru" which was painted specifically to promote the "Grass Labyrinth" exhibition. It is not actually printed in the book as it was painted after the publication but it has recently been printed in the 2021 book "Japonesthetique".

Unsigned poster measures approximately 20.25" x 28.675" (51.5cm x 72.8cm).

Ships rolled in a tube. Also available as a single postcard.

山本タカト　「身毒丸」

Set of six postcards featuring artwork from "Japonesthetique". Artwork titles are: The Eight Dog Chronicles: The Eight Dog-Heroes in Full Array, Crimson, Picture of A Ghost, In Praise of Hikozo: Eye of the Jaguar, Of Flowers and Herbs: Crimson in the Moonlight, Skull & Little Lucy.

Each card measures 3.875" x 5.75" (9.9 x 14.7cm) and is printed on heavy cardstock.

Brand new print is a high quality offset giclée of "Until the Moon Sets". Print is the same size as the original painting and is signed and numbered edition of only 50 pieces. Embossed seal of authenticity.

Full paper size is A2 = 23.375" x 16.5" (59.4cm x 42cm). SIGNED and numbered in pencil.

山本タカト　月の沈むまで

Traditional masu box is made from cypress (hinoki) wood and handmade by Ogaki craftsmen of Gifu Prefecture for CREATION Project 2020. Masu were traditionally used to measure grain in the calculation of an annual tribute. Cypress has a natural anti-bacterial, anti-fungal property and a pleasant scent. Image of some additional suggested uses.

Measures approximately 3.34" x 3.34" x 2.2" (8.5x8.5x5.6cm).
After use, rinse with running water or wipe the inside with a dry cloth. Do NOT soak in water or the joints may separate. Place upside down (bottom side up) and allow to air dry completely. Do not use detergent. Do not put in dishwasher. Dark liquids (coffee, red wine) may stain the wood. Not for use with hot liquids.

One snack sized plate of black ceramic with red design of a skull and flowers. Plates were made by one of three local kilns in Japan as part of the CREATION Project 2018.

Plate is microwave and dishwasher safe. Measures approximately 3.26" (8.3cm) in diameter and 0.4" (1cm) high.

Cotton drawstring pouch created in 2019 for "Project Erotica" exhibition in Tokyo. Flat pouch measures approximately 6.12" x 7.75" (15.6x19.5cm).

Framed postcard "Medicinal Herbs - Red in the Moonlight" is available in your choice of black or natural color frame. From Kyouka Izumi's short story Medicinal Herbs - a young medical student goes deep into the mountains in search of herbs to cure a loved one's illness and meets a young girl carrying a flower basket. Part of the sales of this framed postcard were donated to Japanese Red Cross by the publisher.

Heavyweight paperboard frame can be hung on a wall or displayed on a flat surface with the integrated stand. Postcard and protective clear sheet can be slid out through the top. Frame measures 5.35" x 7.1" (13.6 x 18.6cm); postcard measures 3.875" x 5.75" (10 x 14.8cm).

Contains 16 underdrawings of new paintings plus one underdrawing not in the regular edition, 21 full color new paintings, 5 underdrawings of earlier paintings, 6 full color earlier paintings, and one monochrome new drawing.

Special frontispiece by the artist on a special black cover that is embossed with a UV + PP coating. Pages have a special silver foil edge. 500 limited edition books are being printed. Numbers 1-50 include a giclée print. Numbers 51-500 do not include the print.
