Shipping Information & Policies

GENERAL INFO:

  • Orders are usually shipped out in approximately 3 business days.
  • AkaTako ships from southwest USA. Both locations can ship WORLDWIDE.
  • Packages are shipped with the return address "AkaTako.net". If you purchase items as a gift and would like to include a note, please say so in your order comments.
  • Items are usually shipped by postal mail. If you would like other options please email me before you place your order.
  • I put serious effort into the packaging to ensure your items arrive safely - even if the post office abuses them.
  • If your order crosses any borders, you are responsible to pay the customs fees and import duties. AkaTako does not and cannot pay the customs and import duties in advance for you.
  • Please inspect your order within one week after arrival. If there is any problem with your ordered items, please notify AkaTako asap!

ADDRESSES:

  • You have the option to enter separate billing and shipping addresses. The billing address is only used for payment verification. I will always ship to the shipping address listed in your order on AkaTako.net - please put a note in the order comment if you have any concerns.
  • If your country is not shown in the check out form, please email me so I can add it for you.
