Loosely translated as "Girl in the Story", Tari Nakagawa's latest book is a collaboration of stories and dolls. Each doll's figure and photos were influenced by a piece of literature and they are presented together. Some of the stories featured are: Garcia Marquez "Erendira", Anna Kavan "Ice", Franz Kafka "Country Doctor", Daijiro Morohoshi "Snow White", Hiroko Minagawa "The Fountain of Death", and more! SIGNED inside the front cover with gold ink.

Book is unique with a mesh fabric and paper dust jacket and exposed binding. In addition to the excerpts within the photos, includes essays by Shinozuka Korechika, Higashi Masao, Akihito Morishima, and Yuko Yamao; notes on the stories by both the artist and the editor; a list of all dolls in the book; and an exhibition list. Text is 100% Japanese.
