Tari Nakagawa's earliest dolls are collected here in this "Doll Photo Book". Her ball jointed creations show a gentle sadness with only a hint of the visceral elements that appear in her more recent work. Short poems and text (in Japanese) are presented along with the photos.
SIGNED inside the front cover in gold marker.
Condition: Lightly used with shelf wear on most edges. Back cover has two bends and a few small scuffs. Interior is clean with no marks or odors. Binding is nice and tight.
