Brand new re-issue of Toshio Saeki's very first collection of drawings. The first ever to showcase his "Akai Hako" artworks as he drew them - on full sheets with no printing across the binding or folded page edges! Print colors were carefully supervised by Saeki himself.
An excerpt of the foreword by Jean-Louis Gauthey gives insight into Saeki's original inspiration:
