Handmade unlined notebook features two artworks by Takato Yamamoto - "Another Eye" and "Sacred Triangle".
Notebooks were made one by one at workshops for disabled persons in Fukushima, Iwate, and Miyage Prefectures as part of the CREATION Project 2014.
Book is A5 size, measures approximately 5.75" x 8.25" x .25" (14.7 x 21 x .7cm), with 80 blank pages.
