Takato Yamamoto Amakusa Porcelain Cup

Porcelain cup with indigo design by Takato Yamamoto. Two skulls rest on a bed of chrysanthemums and look skywards at a passing butterfly. Made of high quality Amakusa kaolin clay local to Kumamoto prefecture. Amakusa porcelain is renowned for its high quality. Cup was made as part of the CREATION Project 2016.
