Brand new, never read, Japanese manga アックス (Akkusu or 'Axe') issue #30 featuring the controversial artist Takato Yamamoto. The manga measures 8.25 " x 5.75 " and is approximately 285 pages long. The cover is a close up of Takato's artwork and there is a three page long fold out, full-color poster (partially shown in the photographs). Additionally, there are several pages of his work, as well as interviews. This manga also has several other artists and crazy cartoons - lots of fun to just look at or try brushing up on your Japanese!

This is my own personal copy and I'm not in a hurry to get rid of it... But wanted to put it here in case someone feels a really strong need to own it.
Takato Yamamoto is known in Japan for his highly detailed drawings that feature androgynous men/women/boys/girls with a strongly morbid overtone. His characters are usually staring directly into the viewers face while in the midst of strange acts. There's usually a skull or two thrown in for good measure and a decidedly dark and unhappy flavor to his work.
