Brand new original painting by Shintaro Kago of a bizarre birthing room. Two pregnant women hang upside down suspended by their feet. One of their bellies is cut open and the baby is being pulled out by a nurse. The other woman is eyed by a nurse sharpening their scalpel on a large whetstone.
