Original painting by Hikari Shimoda is of a young boy sitting on a stuffed rabbit on a balcony. The rabbit is multicolored - yellow white and pink with big blue eyes. The boy has light brown hair and wears a crown on his head, a white dress shirt with a red vest, blue shorts, white socks, and red shoes. In the background is a dark night sky and many apartment buildings off in the distance. SIGNED and dated in lower right corner ("Hikari 2010"). Also signed and dated with title on reverse of painting (last photo).

Watercolor painting on Japanese paper, mounted on wood panel. Measures approximately 8.675" x 10.75" x .75" (22 x 27.2 x 2cm). Includes pink painted wood frame that was handmade by the artist specifically for this painting.
