Hikari Shimoda Celebration (Midnight) painting

Original painting by contemporary Japanese artist Hikari Shimoda. A young boy with silver (almost light blue) hair stands in front of a row of pink and red flowers. He wears a golden crown on his head and has rabbit ears tied on with a blue bow. He's holding a brown teddy bear and his lips appear to have been sewn shut. SIGNED in black marker on the reverse along with the title printed in Japanese.

Watercolor on paper mounted on wood panel. Measures approximately 8.75" x 10.75" x .75" (22.2 x 27.5 x 2cm).
