Arashiyama is located on the outskirts of Kyoto and is widely known for its bamboo lined paths. Originally, most of the area was a vast cemetery dotted with temples. This area was used in the filming of 'Memoirs of a Geisha'. |

| The photo is hand numbered on the front lower right corner in silver ink. Each photo also has an edition label on the reverse of the frame. This is printed on Japanese unryu paper and bordered with Japanese origami paper. The label is hand numbered and signed by the artist.
